Shipping and Handling
Every effort will be made to ship orders as quickly as possible. We take great pride in the quality products we offer and will pack the boxes well to protect the merchandise. In stock orders will go out the following business day whenever possible.
Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they are available.
Rad Caps is shipping products currently available via USPS Priority Mail to shipping addresses in the united states. The $15.00 per set of 4 charge covers all costs involving packing, shipping and insurance. Shipping to other countries is available and rates for those services can be recieved by calling us at 1-561-243-3981 or e-mail Shipping@RADCAPZ.com .

Warranty Information
Rad Capz has made every effort to research, develop and test our products.We take great pride in the high quality products we offer and cover them with a lifetime warranty. The lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage which might occur during shipping, installation, modifications, improper installation, improper care, lack of maintenance, accident, or unintended uses. Please be advised that no warranty exists on products used for purposes different than for what the product was indended. Warranty is valid from date of purchase. Products must be installed only on applications listed in the product descriptions. The warranty is non-transferable.
All warranty claims require proof of purchase. Customer will be responsible for return shipping to Rad Capz. Upon receipt of product we will inspect and examine a product returned for a warranty claim. Warranty claims determined to be valid are limited to replacement of the product or refund of the original item cost as well as all shipping costs involved, including the shipping costs incurred by the customer when returning a part determined to be a valid warranty claim. No additional fees for installation or any other cost will be reimbursed with warranty.

Returns and Cancellations
We allow our customers to return or exchange items purchased from us as long as a request is made within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of product.
If you wish to return the product purchased you can return it for a refund so long as you follow the guidelines listed below. Refund is limited to the original sale price including shipping to the customer from Rad Capz. Return shipping arrangements and cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Any product that is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for shipping of the product both ways.
We will exchange any UNUSED item for another item of equal value. If the new item is of greater value, customer will be responsible for any price difference. If the new item is of lesser value, a refund will be given. Customer is responsible for all shipping of exchanged items.
ALL RETURNS MUST FOLLOW THESE THREE STEPS:
1. Customer MUST obtain an Return Authorization.
We will not accept any item for return without a valid RA number. Please call us at 1-561-243-3981 or email us Returns@RADCAPZ.com with reason for return.
2. Customer MUST return item in original UNUSED condition.
We cannot accept any returned item that does not have its original included parts, is not in sellable original condition, or has already been installed. Any items that have been returned in poor condition or missing parts will NOT be credited and will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
3. Customer MUST pay for shipping to return item.
We will not pay the shipping fees to have the item returned to us.
